You really think I want to see my elf Warden after they re-designed the elves?
Nope.

Only if the male warden's voice is done by the guy who voiced the Sith Warrior or Imperial Agent in The Old Republic. Or at least the human male warden

Some of the potential Warden origins had similar accents (dwarves, many humans and city elves, for example) so a "generic" voice wouldn't be so difficult to work with. I love my cocky male elf VA. I would accept a generic voice, however, if that was what it took to help the Warden return (ideally playable at some point) in future DA games

I like the codex solution.
That said, I dislike their decision to make all wardens and Hawkes mysteriously vanish, because it draws attention to them, and makes people expect their return. They can't do the Warden justice, and if Hawke appears in DA3, that would only be acceptable if we have the option to kill him. On sight. Before he can utter a single snarky line.

HELL NO to a voiced Warden. Having a Voiced Revan almost killed my fandom of Kotor.

I don't see the Warden getting a voice, even if we do see them again. I think it'd be more of a silent cameo, but that's assuming we DO see them again, which I doubt. I'm still trying to figure out what Bioware was thinking by suggesting a connection between the disappearance of Hawke and the Warden. (Never minding that these are two so completely unrelated and unconnected people that it's bizarre Leliana would randomly decide that it isn't a coincidence that they both disappeared).

I think the only way they could get away with bringing the Warden into a future game - simply because they updated their modeling system - would be if they let the player recreate them - so, the Warden would have to either be the protagonist, which they've already said won't happen, or that the character creator would pop up right before the Warden showed up in the game. Which would really ruin the moment.
I just want to know what happened to her. Whether that's someone in the game just telling me, or me finding her grave.
