Hello, i've been trying start up mass effect 3 but everytime i load it up it gets to screen where u see earth then screen goes black and crashes, at first i thought oh disk might be damaged tryed second disk same, thing so i thought ok maybe xbox or laser, so tryed other games they was fine... so erm yeh whats going on?


Edit, ah just read the post by bioware member posted 4 months ago.. so after all this time still not fixed? intresting.I want something done about this

i payed for this game so i should be able to play it fix the problem!

well last time i was on mass effect 3 iwas in multiplayer finished gold run with my  destroyer, with typhoon grade 2 and geth plasma shotgun grade 2, normal mission complete after i brought spectre pack and saw what i got, check through mods for assault rifle then turned off xbox for night had go work.

also bioware u shouldn't signed up with EA there so unrealiable shoulda went with unreal engine n servers.

EXACTLY my problem. Don't listen to anything they tell you about this being on your end - the problem is on EA's side!!!! I've deleted everything, all three playthroughs and every file associated with the game. I've dedicated ports on my router. Everything they tell you to try is pointless. My wife could still play the game all along just fine. When EA sees my gamertag, the servers go ape. That is the problem. It's on THEIR SIDE!!!!!

got this problem 1 week after the game came out. Needless to say that I'm mad at Bioware.

No resposne for moderators or bioware staff? excuse me but i payed for game and to play online also.. but not getting what i payed for? and you haven't reply'd with anything as of yet? is anything being done please update or make a sticky thread on you're progress please.

AAAAAAARRRGGGHHH!!!! Just got the game breaking bug! How can you release a game that is not fit for purpose, not fix the bug, not recall the game and not respond to people complaining about it. I'm going to be asking EA for a refund if they can't fix it and it doesn't look like they can.

BioWare doesn't seem to give a damn about customer support as it apparently doens't conform with their newfound thirst for money.

**** Bioware. Bunch of thieves who do not give a S_H_I_T about paying customers. I could care less if they ever produce another game, I'm sure as hell not buying it
