Hello everyone,
I got dragon age origins a few days ago and with the game came 2 free dlc. so i did every thing on the card etc. but i diden't get the contents at all.
But i found out that my bioware account an other age setting has then my AE account.
If this is the problem how do I change mij age with my bioware account?
And if it isn't the problem how can i solve this problem, (because I really want to play with shale).
Thanks for your time and i hope u can awnser my question.
Change age setting (and another problem)

If your BioWare account has your age different from your EA account you're using the wrong EA account. Redeemed DLC is attached to the EA account attached to your BioWare account.

You can neither reuse redeemed codes nor change your username, correct. EA does not let you change your age but that is not a problem for you. What you can do is use the EA account associated with your BioWare account (whatever e-mail address shows up in your profile).
