Adept: Definitely the asari justicar. Toss the talon and the vindicator on her, and she's good at any range, but still able to use her powers at a mildly fast rate. Then there's reave, which keeps her in the fight for a significantly longer time than the other, fragile adepts. The Biotic Sphere hybrid evolution and reave together work wonders. Kinda weird that I hated her when I first got her. She's now my favorite character. Just wish she looked a little more...unique, I guess.
Soldier: The turian soldier with the Saber and the Hurricane. Not much else that needs to be said.
Engineer: The demolisher, for obvious reasons. Love the "bring whatever guns I want" thing. The only character I've done platinum with successfully (I think 28, now. Gotta love those credits.).
Sentinel: Vorcha, simply because he's the only one who seems decent. Honestly I hate this class. I have no clue what they're meant to do. Tanking can't be it, we've already got other classes for that. But I'm willing to continue playing around with every character until I find one I like.
Infiltrator: Geth. On Silver, I like to use the Javelin. Terrible gun, but still fun to use nonetheless. On Gold, GPS is all that is needed. Really wish they would nerf the shield-gate a little more. Seems unfair to snipers that I can shoot something (shielded) with a shotgun and kill it with one shot, but I can't send an anti-material beam of light through it's face to get the same effect.
Vanguard: Kroguard. He's the only one with enough shields and health to account for the random lag between pressing the charge button and the actual charge. Significantly reduced chance to die during a charge ("invulnerable" my ass) or as the charge begins. Plus, he makes phantoms easy to deal with, aside from the cheap insta-kill here and there.
Does anyone else pick at least one favorite per class and want to explain...what? No? It's just me? Ok. I'll go stand in this corner then.

In order of bacon goodness:
Regular bacon - N7 soldier with a Phaeston (the gentle sound of a gazillion rounds/second ripping through armor reminds me of simpler times).
Turkey bacon:
Human engineer
Tofu bacon (sorry dude):
Human soldier
lolol
Also, where does Canadian bacon rate on this list?
Dammit, I always forget about Canada! And let's be honest, Canadian bacon is just ham with a silk hat, putting on airs like it's better than it is.

I was tempted to say "the tofu" instead as I'm a vegetarian, but one does not simply alter idioms.
I'm interested to hear which characters you all rely on most for funding your operations. Who's your N7 squad's primary breadwinner? Meanwhile, who stays at the base most of the time and has a drink ready for him/her/it/them upon the Mission Successful screen?
My Drell Adept and two Quarian infiltrators have put more money in the bank for me than any of the others. Meanwhile, my Krogan Soldier and Sentinel, and Novaguards busy themselves whipping up cocktails and quiche lorraine for them when they get home.
I have no idea what the others get up to all the time. I think the FemQuarian Engineer is playing with crayons somewhere, while the Vorcha roll around on the ground and learn their phonics.

I'm not particulary good at the other classes. I love my Asari Justiciar Adept, but I'm really awful when playing as her compared to Günther the Geth Infiltrator.
