I agree. Last time I played MP they were a piece of cake.

Reapers and Cerberus are easier imho. Geth are cheap and cheat.

50/50 on this. I think Reapers are the easiest, but agree Geth are easier than Cerberus.

Geth are easy. But they're frustrating. They're cheap.

Love getting shot by a Hunter who's staring at the ceiling after getting stunned.

They're not easy, but they're not difficult. They're cheap, cheating little ****ers. So, I cheat with a Kroguard and laugh at them.

Geth would be easier if they didn't break the foundation & laws of the game. And they do, between stagger & lack thereof on their side, double/triple rockets, not relying on their shields, etc.

It used to be, and should be: Cerberus < Geth < Reapers
Now it's more like: Cerberus = Reapers < * < Geth

Most people can't seem to deal with cloaked hunters, that's why.

They're bots. They're predictable.

Geth are so GOD-DAMN frustrating. At least the Banshee-Ravager/Marauder thing is just cleverness f a sort. Hunter/Prime stun-lock is just a cheap way of pinning you down so you can't do a thing to save yourself. That's to say nothing of rocket troopers, and their physics-defying projectiles. Reapers are big and for the most part slow, and if it wasn't for banshees (big if admittedly) they would be by some way the easiest.

- Incisor Rocket Launcher (= instakill : one rocket to shieldgate, one rocket to healthgate, one rocket for the last health point)
- Widow Flamethrower
- Hunters staggering you even when staggered/stased

It's not that they are overpowered. It's that they are completely glitched and broken. Even more than Banshee's magnet hug.

Which makes them harder than the other two factions.

Geth are not so bad, but when I play as a Krogan (not Vanguard), Batarian or Turian... Let's just say one prime shot=death for these "tougher" classes.

Geth aren't hard. They are cheap. Its either easy cruising, or a spam rocket/stun lock fest. They are not fun to play at all.

I find Reapers the easiest. The only hard enemy in the entire faction is the Banshee, and even they can be dealt with so long as you have a decent connection and/or a staircase.

After playing multple matches of reapers and cerberus because for some ****ING unknown reason people seem to like to play these over geth nowadays, i had to get my mind out about this subject.

Why do people think geth are the hardest faction? Geth don't rush you down to the point in which cover is taken out as a factor in the game. They can't ninja sprint at you or biotic charge towards you. They're SLOW and you can at least see them coming. They have no sync-kills.................HOW IS THIS DIFFICULT.

It's hard to believe that people are completely naive to the fact that the reapers are insanely imbalanced right now.

For main reason: There should be no enemy type in which half of the units can rush you down with brute strength/melee and have units that can snipe you or shoot you down. It's stupid.

I have had too many games today in which i have been chased out of cover from stupid ass banshees and brutes to only land into the fire of ravagers and marauders. It's beyond frustrating; it's beyond maddening.  Cerberus aren't nearly as bad as reapers in my opinion but one slip up against them and you might as well call it quits. Turrets and phantoms have the excessive potential to keep you down when you go down which makes medi-gels almost meaningless when you don't have your team around you.

I'm not saying geth are easy. But they are much more doable without constant frustration.

The Geth are hard on most maps because the Rocket Troopers' rockets track you easily and take down your shields, and most of the time you will have another rocket fly at you to take down your health, making you get downed easily.  Plus, Pyros get you when you're trying to re-locate because they just tear into your character.  And from what I heard, you can't get a Headshot bonus on Primes anymore, so now they're pretty tough to take down if you don't focus on it.  And their melees stunlock you, which is especially bad since they come in groups.

It's just a part of the reason why people did Gold Farming on FBW; you're not getting annihilated by rockets every 5 seconds.

Cloaked hunters are easy kills, and i hate fighting geht, they cheat, ignore the rules of the game, stun you wherever you are, rocketsnipe you being cloaked for 5 seconds and turning a corner on the other side of the map and so forth

Geth just are a frustrating experience, not a fun one, reaper lay pressure on you, keeping you mobile, cerberus use their combined arms to assault you.... geth just cheat their way around, id rather deal with a phantom sniper swarm (they seriously need some range accuracy nerf) then a single geth

they're only easy if you see them coming from a decent distance, and if 2 or more rocket troopers don't decide to double tap their rockets at you.
obviously Geth are easy to exploit, hence the Geth farming. But when you turn around and see 2 pyros and 2 hunters, there usually isn't much you can do in that situation.
also, people complain about Geth because their difficulty comes from cheapness, even a single Geth Hunter sneaking up on you in the wrong situation can quickly kill you, and there's nothing you can do about it. Even if you stagger them, they still shoot you, they'll even shoot while floating upside down in a singularity.
The other factions only have a couple of units that cause headaches and they don't show up nearly as often as hunters or pyros.

I start to think that all these replies is just generated by bots that randomly combine words "cheap", "stunlock", "hunter", "prime", "not overpowered" and "pyro's range" in every thread that have the words "Geth" and "hard" in the title.
It just can't be that so many players don't know what does "cover" means and how to correctly move across the map

cover doesn't count for much when you're surrounded by hunters...
