i've bought them in december and have been playing them pretty much over and over again and over night they weren't there. whenever i try to load my last game it says that it wasn't possible bec this and that DLC are missing, all of the DLCs (i bought all of them) are gone.
i bought them via my brother's account since you can only add austrian microsoft points to an austrian account and i have an american one. so i used his, but it always worked... until now.
can anyone help me?
all me2 DLCs gone!!!

Personally I'm not sure, but it would seem like there is the added complication of the dlcs not being yours and that the Gamertag they do belong to are of a different country. That's something I haven't come across as yet, so others will need to verify and perhaps offer advice on that.
The first thing I would personally suggest is you try to check with his Gamertag to see if the dlcs are still there. After all, just because they are gone for you doesn't necessarily mean they are gone for him. If they are then follow the standard redownload procedures; if they then work for his account then it should work for you. That is assuming you are still on the same 360 of course.

yes they are still on his account. we share the same console and have been playing the dlcs with different accounts. it's weird bec it worked for every account on the 360 until now... now it only works for his.
i should also mention, that the cerberus network never worked on my account, only recently did it request the code to activate it, and it was during that same time the dlcs disappeard. so i'm thinking it has something to do with that....is it even possible to use the same cerberus network activation code for multiple accounts on the same console? either way, i'll try it as soon as i get to it. thanks, tho.

Using the redemption code for the Cerberus Network won't work, because the code is stipulated as 'one use only'. If you try to use it on your account you'll get some form of error message.
It is strange that the dlcs worked beforehand until recently. Are you aware of any changes that may have occurred like an update or something?
Are there other Gamertags on the console you can use to verify the accessibility of the dlcs? Can another Austrian Gamertag access them with no problem? Can another American Gamertag access them? What I'm trying to tease out here is whether the accessibility problem is limited to your account, and by using another Gamertag then it may offer some insight towards a solution. (At least that's the idea.)
I would hate it to be a Gamertag region thing that is preventing access though.

no there were no changes made, no updates or anything downloaded. it just happened overnight. i played me2 late at night and wanted to continue the very next day and it didn't work for a couple of weeks so i came here to the forums.
there are only three active accounts on this xbox, two american ones and one austrian one, and only the latter had the dlcs. i didn't think that it was regional based since they worked fine before... thought that maybe microsoft or bioware or whoever changed it so that only those accounts that buy online are able to access their purchases, inlcuding dlcs.
now i'm pretty sure that that cerberus network activation had something to do with it, bec just now i tried it again and this time it just didn't connect, no activation code was requested, it was just like if used to be before they disappeared and all of a sudden it was all there again, the weapons, armor, overloard, lotsb, everything. but i'm afraid it will come back again and i want to fix this rather than another defect having me wait for weeks at a time before it works again.
the reason i'm nervous that it will come back again is bec i've had problems with me2 before (even have another topic here about how it keeps restarting). at first i thought it was the game, so i bought another one, didn't work. but it comes and it goes, sometimes it's there, sometimes not. and THAT is what i'm afraid of with the dlcs. especially with the new leviathan dlc for me3 coming out. i don't want to go purchasing something that won't work for me, you know? so i have no idea if this will come back to bite me in the arse or not...
thanks again! i appreciate all the feedback and help!

I diagnose it as 'playing up'.
With your last post it's starting to sound like something similar to the dlc verification problem in ME3. I haven't seen any real advance on that situation though apparently there is a fan fix for that, or another problem I'm confusing it with.
By rights, any dlc purchased should be playable by any other Gamertag on the same console. Anything purchased using Gamertag-1 should be available for Gamertag-2, etc. My only query is whether that is still true if the Gamertags are of different regions (as in your case). You suggest that they are, and hopefully that is correct rather than an oversight by the companies involved. After all, certain dlcs aren't made available in certain countries which is why I was trying to obtain some form of verification.
Now....what precisely do you mean by 'cerberus network activation' and it not connecting? The problem is that some use 'Cerberus Network' to refer to the dlcs the code entitles you to, while others use it to refer to the EA servers. The latter is generally an old problem which exists for many old games. Server space is limited for old games (if at all available). If it's a connection issue to the servers then it seems to be a matter of luck whether you can connect or not; there are no fixes for such things. If the former....given the message you get I still worry about that regional aspect of the Gamertags.
Personally I game offline and don't encounter such things. Does such a possibility appeal to you? Many ignore that suggestion for their own reasons, but it is a suggestion to get the game to work (obviously not an option if trying to play, say, the ME3 multiplayer).
Are you referring to the 'sign in' issue in your next to last paragraph there? I don't think a solution was really found for that; at least I don't recall one being offered from the top of my head.
Anyway, hope all goes smoothly.

you know the cerberus network at the right side of the menu, where you can load, start a new game, etc... well the hud is down and you would have to press 'Y' to connect to it, which is where you would then activate it with the code given to you with the game. but i never use it and never needed it. so it's not the code for the dlcs.
i almost never use the multiplayer in me3 but still am online. even when i'm playing me2, connection was never a problem.
we'll see what happens, for now everything seems to be back to normal, except for the restarting part. it isn't really that important since it only happens occasionally. but yes, i am referring to the 'sign in' issue, where whenever i start playing me2 it keeps saying 'you have signed in with another profile... the game will restart' eventho i'm already signed in in my own profile since the dashboard.(it's in german so i'm not sure about the translation)
either way, its working now to some extent, and i will wait and see if this happens again.
thanks for all the help!

Fingers crossed for problem free gaming.
Will just add this: the Cerberus Network thing is a server issue. When games get older EA then starts restricting the resources to that game; some games no longer have servers as I understand it. (Though I don't go online on my 360 unless it's to buy something on XBox Live or redeem a code, I don't like the idea that older games relying on an online connection will somehow be made defunct.) Unless it prevents you from playing it isn't really worth worrying about.
