He was totally wrong coz i just got a Victory pack too with a Gear Mod in it

Yep, me too - Combatives Upgrade III. Looks like they might have been released in error. Balance changes just went in, could it be anything to do with that?

Just opened mine, 5 to all Consumables (aside from my already maxed OSPs) some worthless stuff that I'll never use, Shotgun Rail Amp III, AP Ammo III and goddamn Cryo Ammo IV...to be honest, aside from the Shotgun and AP ammo I could care less if they rolled back the Packs...

 I just took this now, the victory packs are definitely out but tbh I think we failed but bioware accidentally released the packs. So don't get your hopes up.

I only got victory pack as well though I know I played a firebase london mission against reapers and I think I played more than one london against reapers in fact.
