Since the game's release all I've wanted was the HURRICANE!!! Were you using a lot of other SMGs prior to you getting it? I'm just trying to figure out how they determine who gets what. For those of you who think it's 100% random...you're idiots. I got the CRUSADER V today!! 4x in a row. THAT is not random...

I think we managed because the previous numbers basically included Friday and only a bit of Saturday. And I know that people were still very actively trying on Sunday.

Go us for not giving up, folks.

(...now watch me get another shotgun to level X, when I never ever use shotguns with anyone ever. Though I don't really mind---a higher Valiant would be nice, but I still have got my Widow X ...)

i think maybe less people play friday saturday? it's when peoploe do more social things in theory.... Sunday would probably have more people relaxing at home grinding out some games.

Oh man, I don't know what I would do if I didn't receive a pack, it happen to me once for the Raptor, and I contacted EA support and they trolled me.

Luckily since that one time, I've got all the rest of the packs with no trouble.

Got a Hurricane IV in my pack. I love this gun more and more with every upgrade. It absolutely murders when used with my N7 Paladin.

Clearly some people don't understand statistics. There are now 5
"Promotional" class weapons you can get at random: collector rifle, valiant, crusader, hurricane, eagle.  Chance of getting any particular gun by random chance is 1 in 5 (20%). Chance of getting one particular weapon 4 times in a row is (1/5)^4 = 0.0016 or 0.16%. Chance of getting ANY weapon 4 times in a row is (1/5)^3 = 0.008 or 0.8%.

That means that if these 5 weapons are handed out randomly, we expect one in every 125 people to get the same weapon 4 times in a row.

That certainly conflicts with the most recent report of having the numbers from mid-day. The only thing I know for certain is that Bioware is certainly lying about something, one way or the other.

It's official. BSNers will complain or debate about ANYTHING. Even when they get free packs with gear upgrades.

The one with consumables is the victory pack. The commendation pack is the one with the N7 weapon in it (incidentaly I got the Crusader V as expected).
