Ouch, I'd hate to *not* get a gear from this past Victory Pack. The guns come easy in the SP/PSPs, but the gear.... oh the gear...

Hurricane + ULM and a Carnifex + ULM is a really nice combo for caster classes.   With both ULMs equipped you should still get an authentic 200% cooldown bonus.

mate.. ULM is broken on all SMGs apart from the Geth SMG. The statistics show it lowers the recharge speed, but tests have been done ingame and it actually changes nothing.

Ummm, if used together (i.e. ULM for both SMG and Heavy Pistol), ULM works and has been tested and proven to do so.  If not used together with the pistol ULM, the ULM on the SMG only works with the Geth SMG, as you stated.

That's why I went out of my way to say if you use both ULMs you get an "authentic" 200% cooldown.  Apparently not everyone knows about the magic of dual ULMs...

Ah yes, legitimately completing operations, we have dismissed this claim. On a serious note, on one hand, we have failed events before though i do admit that i could see it being forged, seeing as we always win a few after a failed event. Congrats to the community! I admit i mostly did gold runs but i give hugs to everyone who spent their time to get it done. Gotta love a new gear bonus!
