Heh, so if you say people are worked up they are, and then you laugh it off to deflect... You do realize what they call that right?

They call it proof of IT.

I wonder if the other races enjoy a good coffee??

I would guess so. Ramen was popular enough for that guy to open a shop, and coffee is much better than Ramen.

Man....

Now you guys are making me miss ME2's Citadel...

Shepard, are you looking to continue your education? It's one thing to know how to shoot a gun, but do you have the career skills to deploy and manage todays high tech network infrastructures?

Illium was way cooler than the Citadel.

Yea, Illium was my favorite hub world too

I loved Omega too.

Although Illium was the best.

Illium probably had the best ambiance for its area, that made it truely believable, followed closely by Omega.

I liked 2's citadel, then Illium, and finally Omega.

I think I would have liked 3's more if the hospital didnt look like a shack and if their was louder ambiance/more going on, on the presidium.  I did like where they were going with 3's though.  That said, the 2nd's citadel was the best of the series, but it still was much more lifeless to me, then Illium and Omega.

I don't know, I felt like Illium was big butt here wasn't all that much there, CItadel felt more involved to me. Maybe it was me giving every store an endorsement.

Yup. The full 15 credits.

And of course ME3's Blasto movie was great too.

Then getting drunk and waking up on Aria's couch.

Who needs the brat after such an evening? :P

The presidium in the 3rd game was disappointing compared to the 1st.

The lack of main hubs in general is also mehhh. ME3 Normandy was awesome though.

Illium had better background stuff going on imo, like the volus short selling prefabs, the discussion about the drug between the Asari, the Volus upgrading all his suit and who can forget our unfortunate friend "Friendzoned Turian".
Omega was lacking in that department imo.

I'm going to be honest, and yes this proves IT, I never saw the blasto thing until I came to the boards.

I prefered 2's normandy in regards to getting around [That frickin door in 3, ARGHHH] and the look, 3's character  movements and discussions are stellar though.

The thing that I don't like about Illium is that everything seems to be going on somewhere away from the hub. You've got all these missions going on, but the hub just feels lonley and somewhat disconnected. Now, I liked Illium, but that just turned me off for some reason, even though there were things going on around the CItadel too.

Eh, I think that has more to do with the design of the levels.  Hubs in ME have a tendency to be quite small and closterphobic, which requires sending you away from the hub.  I'm assuming it is a massive time saver doing it this way...

Did anyone notice that Shepard's dancing has been improved, as long as you dance alone?

The swinging salarian in the queue is cute too. Makes me laugh. ;)

Yeah I know that, but the design of it just makes it feel like things are going on somewhere else, while in the Citadel, to me, it feels like stuff is going on there, if that makes any sense. It's not the most raitional reason, but I prefer the Citadel to Illium.

Well, ME2's Citadel is the least of the closterphobic, so I can see why you would think that.  I would say the lack of closterphobia with that though is because nothing, in terms of story point, action wise, happens there.

Yep he got his refund... finally. Though in some games I tell him off just for the lulz.

On topic of hubs, Illium >= Omega > all. Really hope Afterlife returns in the Omega DLC..
