You should email them. (don't ring...nothing is worth ringing them for) I had to email for several and they usually fixed me up pretty quick.

that sucks....nothing beats the crushing disappointment having to contact them only to get one of the 2 duds...

I have not gotten my commendation pack yet. Anybody contacted EA support and got their pack or do we have to wait patiently for Bioware to fix the problem after we click that "commendation pack help" link up there?

Pretty satisfied with this one.
