 Hi!
 Whenever I launch ME3 on my xbox it now crashes around (and often even before) the press start screen. It happens on both of my game disks so I don't think they are the problem. I don't have the game installed, it crashes before the menu so does that mean it's not the game network that is down and causing the problem?

Anyone else experienced this problem, or know what it is? Thanks in advance!

Err I would say try downloading the installed data from the disks to your hard drive and it will tell you if there is any sort if error reading the disks. Does this happen with other games or just mass effect 3. What type of Xbox do you have. How old is it and has it had any problem before?

Would I have to install both disks or just the one I wish to use?

Out of the games I've tried tonight, just ME3.

The XBOX is an Arcade version, released in the UK a few years ago with the inbuilt few MB of memory, I'm using a 15GB HDD from my previous xbox which was one of the original xbox packages (premium I think)

No problems I think, apart from the occasional few red light problems which vanish when I leave it for a bit and restart. ME 3 occasionally crashes, but that's just ME right?

I've been through the customer service ringer with this very problem - when EA's servers see your gamertag, something happens. The discs are both fine, your save files are fine, you don't need to clear your system cache, dedicate ports on your router, or delete title updates or redownload content. My wife can play ME3 on her gamertag without any problems, but even when I try to login to EA's servers switching profiles after she gets me in, it still crashes the xbox.

look through the threads on this board, you will see many gamers falling prey to this error

sounds like the black screen of death to me fella's, i had this problem b4, give me a sec and i can get you a link to a group i found a fix in, but use it at your OWN risk

follow the instructions to the letter, and if it doesnt work the first time, try it a second time, i took me to attempts to get the game to work

the link is above use at your own discretion, if you follow the instructions entirely nothing should happen to your game. create a backup just in case though

Even though I don't really care about achievement progress (I have most of them anyway) I might avoid this fix for now, just in case. Partly because I'm too lazy to go find a USB stick.

Unless Bioware take too long with an official patch, I will just wait for now. Thank god the CS GO beta came out today.

I've had this problem since the Thursday after launch, Bioware has no fix in the works. They actually hate us and love stealing our money. Fvck Bioware. Good luck, your better off using your disc for a beer coaster while you play games that actually work.
