I have two Internet providers, ADSL 40 Mbit and cable 120 Mbit. I use my cable connection for all Internet trafic and I used my ADSL connection as a backup. My router is a proffesional Cisco 891 router that can devide the trafic over both connections based the type of trafic. What I tried was using my backup line as my Internet connection and all the problems were gone. Well, not all but most of them anyway. Sometimes I still get disconnected when I am in the store but it did not happen anymore while I was in the game.
So what was really changed? What happens at my ISP is not something I can monitor. I do know however that the cable provider has a reputation of trafic shaping. The ADSL connection is with a high quality Internet provider that alway gave me a very stable connection. With the ADSL connection I never lose speed while the cable connection can fluctuate between 60 Mbit and 120 Mbit. (depending on other trafic caused by my neigbourse I supose)
Another diffrence is the NAT device. With the ADSL connection I use the NAT on the router that was provided from my provider. This is a FRITZ!Box 7360. With the cable connection I use the NAT on my 891 router. My cable modem sends the trafic transparent to 891 Cisco router and the public IP adres is placed on the interface of the 891 router. So NAT could be an issue.

The Xbox 360 Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer servers will be temporarily offline this Tuesday August 28 starting at 10am GMT. The downtime will last approximately 1 hour. This maintenance only affects Xbox servers. PC and PS3 servers will not be
impacted.
Hope they fix the other multiplayer servers afterwards.

I also always turn cloud sync off. But last night, I checked the setting again and it was ON again oO. Damn annoying. It must be after an origin update I guess, it turns it on as default. Will try again tonight.. or no.. tonight it's SP night ;D

However, during the last 2 weeks, every time I play I get kicked out of the servers mid-game.
The game just says "Mass Effect 3 has lost connection to the server, returning to lobby"
It's infuriating, the longest I last is till round 7 and I lose all my points and cash
There doesn't seem to be any problem whatsoever with my internet connection, as everything else is stable, and I can play other online games without fear of disconnection.
Can we get at least an acknowledgement that something is wrong?

From what I've read, they've effectively got a gag order from EA when it comes to discussing America's Best* Companys' shortcomings. That, or they really just don't care about their customers. Is there any difference?Chaynsaw wrote...

This is awful! Most times in the middle of game on 4 or 5 wave. And one time I've got it on the 10 wave and this made me mad! Why do they still cause us waiting for official claim for this problem!?!?!?!?!?!?! Because this is really annoying!!!!
