Was perfect for one day, this friday. No disconnects the whole day, the store went superfast (instant purchase when I clicked on a pack) and I thought woohooo they have fixed it!

But it's now back again. Right now I did a gold run to level a soldier, was nice teamwork (quick match) and I used most of my consumables (like all missiles) to make sure we got a full extract.. which we did. But right before the "xp screen" came up, I got the damn annoying "You have lost connection to the mass effect 3 server". 0 xp for me, 0 credits for me, consumables gone! Also worked hard on this match, wasn't an easy one. I can live with the loss of credits, but hoped to get some xp on the soldier.. but seems it's impossible atm.

just happened to me on gold but on wave 6, getting annoying now. I to was trying to level up a character.

Same problem here bought the N7 Deluxe Edition Friday for PC. And I'm getting a lot of
disconnects. I've got all free addons installed but not the new leviathan and firepack.
Hope this get fixed really soon.

I also have the game on PS3 and it runs fine there but it's really stupid that the pc version is so broken for multiplayer. Because it runs a lot smoother on PC.

It happened to me today and yesterday. I don't understand why but it seems to happen more often with my Win7 PC than with my WinXP, using the same connection.

Strange.I have internet issues but I can play singleplayer without any problems.Is that supposed to be,becouse i read that some can guy can even play singleplayer?

My galactic readiness dropped 10% this week.

I'm having a really hard time to find lobbies; and when I find one I just get disconnected.

This problem has been around consistently since launch. Over time I notice it happening less but honestly it's basically just peaks and valleys. It's never truly gone. The last 2 weeks I have experienced it more then in the last 2 months combined. Yesterday it happened to me at least 3 times and I only played maybe 6 or 7 games. Attempted to play, I should say.

I have also been experiencing cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/558699179617175713/51A8D0074C6DD8EB63BF4D1EE542BD399390AA6A/ for the last week or more. It's consistent and never loads the galaxy map info. It just started happening one day and has never stopped. Nothing has changed on my PC or network connections so I point my finger at EA/Bioware and considering what a general mess the stability of the game is in multiplayer, I don't feel bad doing so.

Hey, guys, so the problem is at EA's side? DMZ, NAT... All for nothing? Oh, great. That means even russian providers is innocent. It also means that EA just wasted all my evening and in-game equip for nothing.

Great. Love this company. Love licenced and fully supported by the publisher products. Also love swift answers from developers regarding the technical issues.

(Platform is PC of course)

I AM NOT BUYING A SINGLE GAME FROM THE FREAKING EA! Also discouraging my friends from doing so. If I don't do anything at work, I am not getting paid. If I can't play the game (or actually waste time cause of disconnects) why should I pay for it?
Learn to make proper games before you sell it!

ShaiKhulud : If it was fault of our ISP then someone should tell us that you should to this, this and this to fix this (plus why everything else on net is working OK?). All is see here is ignorance and all is hear is voice of angry crowd.

someone amuse me and try this, enable update to beta in application setting and turn off cloud storage, restart origin to make it update and make sure cloud storage is still off. start a new single player game then save and try multiplayer... i haven't had one disconnect after doing this earlier

Nothing official that I know of. Besides, the description of this technical sub-forum is that it allows 'fans to help other fans'. It is unlikely that Bioware will post in the majority of the threads here.

Mine started giving me the "You have lost..." message this Friday . Never had the problem since I bought it months ago. Now it'll disconnect reliably every.single.match.

I got the "hang/crash" when I opened my Victory/Commendation pack from Alloy, like many others - now friends on my list are saying they didnt get any crash and theyre all playing fine right now.

They need feedback there to let them know the areas that are having issues and what ISP in use. May need to respond in THAT thread cause they might be focusing on that one instead of reading this thread here.

I had this problem for weeks and recently it has gotten better in my area, still some lag but only a few disconnects here and there rather than every game and some days I don't get disconnected at all. They ARE being really slow about it but it seems to have improved for me in the last few days.

Yesterday played 5 matches without any issues.Today first match - "you lost connection.It's just depends on your luck.

gonna try this now too, i'll come back and reply depending on how this goes for me. ya know, after all the unskippable single player cutscenes

Worked for me too - got through first full match since Thurs/Fri. Gonna turn cloud back on though.

yea got dc'ed out of 3 more games and it stays stuck at loading screen when trying to reconnect to multiplayer.
i actually have to close the game, load it back up, and wait that 2 minutes it takes to search for a server before i can try again and ultimately get dc'ed again.
