I actually just played 4 complete games of MP without losing connection once. First time in over a week I was that sucessful.

There was a patch for origin waiting...maybe they actually fixes something.

No, it doesn't. I've just lost connection in a Platinum game at extraction wave. This is getting ridiculous.

I played nearly 20 matches today without a single disconnect. Clearly something has been noticed and appropriate action has been taken. Hooray!

I would encourage anyone who's been holding off on MP to give it another go now. It would seem that the problem has been rectified, this is my second day of play without a single disconnect.

Agree. I haven't had one disconnect lately, and had TONS of disconnects earlier. Hope it's fixed, it will be a huge test now as the operation will start soon.

Cannot even get into multiplayer without getting disconnected. Really irritating the hell out of me.

people need to stop spreading misinformation. NOTHING has been fixed. NOTHING. There are STILL MASSIVE issues with the origin servers.

It would only be misinformation if it weren't true, and my experience says it is. I was also going off the way this thread has died down dramatically in the last few days. Sorry to hear you're still experiencing issues.

Hey guys, ive been having the same problem going on for the last month or so. Ive tried everyting suggested in this thread and no luck. I was reading the other thread on EA forums and had some luck. I manually repaired all the DLC and had no disconnects all night. It was either that or the origin update.

This happens to me too. Every time I first launch the game (anytime after logging off from origin) it fails to connect. I have found the only solution is to close the game an reopen it :/ It's not a very good solution but it works.

On XBox I usually lose connection while in the lobby, often after a match if the host leaves. There is the occasional disconnect during a match, but it's not a common occurrence.

Also having major problems with the servers, i was only able to complete 1 game out of 20 last night all the rest failing due to server connection issues and again this morning five out five games failed within 3 rounds. I just give up

The servers aren't the issue, it's the software. But, agreed, nothing has been fixed.

I have no idea how but it seems fixed for me. After weeks of disconnects after disconnects I have now played around one week with no disconnects at all and a superfast store. I've been so frustrated I almost gave up on MP for a while, but almost like magic it's now fixed. Even during this operation it has been good where I earlier got disconnected at very early waves. The last thing I did was to install all the windows updates for my win7 that was waiting (was houndreds of MBs because I didn't want them earlier), I removed DNS relay on my router and I changed transmit and receive rate on my wireless network card. But I really can't give any advice to what you should do, because I have no idea why it's suddenly working so well for me. I'm happy though, but I would've liked to know.

It seems whatever was wrong is fixed. It's been about a week or so since I've had any problems. Maybe 1 disconnect but that's it. I'm glad it's fixed but I'm a little disappointed at how long it took to do so. I think my problems lasted over a month and it sounds like some have had it. Far worse. Oh well, things are working. Huzzah! Now if only I'd be placed in a bronze match when i ask for one instead of platinum we'd be golden... Er... Platinum

Origin patched last week, but I am still getting kicked. Game has Firewall exceptions, as does Origin. Antivirus has exceptions for it and is in gaming mode.

Run it only as an administrator, and it is still consistently booting me from the game and my single player war assets keep getting messed up since I keep losing my connection to the EA Servers.

Guys, when is the patch? Please God. Patch soon!

They have never even hinted at network issues, I doubt there is a patch for that. Things like getting the wrong match are no doubt part of the network issues, as well as corrupted war assets. They work for some people most of the time, so the logic is probably programmed correctly...the only thing left to many many major failures is networking.

same thing here...nothing have been done about it indeed since every time i play the game after some games i get disconected at the worst possible time! i am so pissed off about it! they need to fix it!
