Nope, haven't received mine either. (In all fairness, first time I've never gotten the commendation pack.) If you check twitter, more people are saying they didn't get their commendation pack as well. :-/

People do this every event. Packs are released. People wait five minutes and then they complain. If it's your first time being awarded a CommPack, that's one thing but several ppl on here know the this goes and still flip out without waiting a day or so to complain.

The link says my account has not been granted a commendation pack, but I know for certain that I completed the squad goal. Did it 4 times this operation.

I'd say it's likely that they think you haven't completed the goal. I left for work before the packs were awarded, but using the link it says: "Your account has already been awarded the commendation pack for this operation." When I checked I have
'Your account has already been
awarded the commendation pack for this operation. You may claim it in
game for up to one week after the operation. '
So propably you didn't complete the Allied Squad Goal - play in London.

It's a glitch that effects some users, to include me. I always get the victory pack, when earned, but never get the commendation pack (I have the same comment on mine as you have on yours). NET Wed, but for sure by Thu, contact EA tech support and they will help you out. They do it while you are in a chat session and will wait while you go to the game and the RNG store to confirm you have it. I've had to do this for every successful op weekend to date. Tell them thanks at the end, the tech support guys are not causing the problem and they seem to get a lot of angry folks contacting them.
