This is new. I hope it's better than having to go through EA Online Help to get every Comm Pack. Though I was quite used to that after seven Operations :-)

Mines says yes for commendation pack But i still haven't received anything.

Sometimes it takes a while for the authorized Packs to arrive, or so I'm told. Check again in 1 hour or so.

Mine says no for commendation pack though i successfully completed the squad goal multiple times for both Gold an Silver. and i do have the gameplay feedback on. Whats the issue...

Did you get FULL extractions on Firebase London?

I think its a region issue. Are you playing from somewhere within Asia? I have a feeling players in Asia don't get their commendation packs unless they bug EA help.

I completed the operation more than once (yes, london full extraction) and mine says "no" as well. xD

Maybe it has something to do with me never ever receiving commendation packs without contacting EA support. =P

At least there's this new "review my account" thing. Let's see if it works.

For me this is ops normal (pun intended). Always get the victory pack I earn, never the commendation pack, have to contact EA support NET Wed, but usually by Thu to get it awarded to me. On the upside, EA support is very nice about it and doing via chat doesn't take too long, they stay on chat while I go in-game and confirm it is in the RNG store.

Another Op goes by and another one whereby I wasn't granted a commendation pack for my efforts.

I have an unbroken streak of having to go through extra steps in getting my commendation pack.From my very first event till right now,it has been the same thing.What gives?

I'm beginning to feel like a second class player already.If Bioware's system always indicate that I have not completed the squad goal,are my efforts all these while for nothing then?Do my efforts even count towards the community goal at all if you are not even able to track my completion of the squad goal?I despair at such a thought.

The fustration is getting to me.What's the point of working towards the community goal when there is a good chance that my effort has not been counted all these while due to some shenenigans going on in the system?

I still don't have a pack as well, even though I have duly done all required objectives every single operation since the first event. I wonder when will Bioware actually attempt to fix this issue.
And the bad thing is, I will need to wait another 24 hours before I can even attempt to get EA support to look into addressing this.
I just hope the new section will help address this issue about approaching EA support every single time.

(I am in Asia btw and almost all my local friends seems to have the same issue so I do think it's a region thing.)

I thought we were getting one pack per full extraction, and budgeted my expendables accordingly (e.g., I used all of them). If I had known this, I'd have only done it once and never used consumables ...

I played hundreds of full extractions because I was under the impression the rewards were aggregate.

I assume that this was your first operation you participated in?

I do not mean this in a rude manner or to sound condescending but you should have read up on how past events went about before holding such an expectation.At the very least,you should have clarified.

Even then,common sense would dictate that such a scenario(multiple award packs) is highly likely to happen,especially the victory pack.The community goal itself numbers in the tens of thousands,totalling up to over 300k......surely you can't be expecting for each player to receive over 300k victory packs just for succeeding?

Same goes for the commendation pack as well.
