For all that is Holy... this Bioware! We even tried to consolidate our concerns into one thread of people with similar issues but that seems to have gone unnoticed? And now to think all this while every op weekend I and many others, especially in Asia are not being properly logged? Are we even properly logged into the contribution for community goals? Very sure each op weekend I fulfill the squad criteria and that link is "confirming" that I have NOT been granted my commedation pack. Wha gives? Please, tell us something at least.

Not just an Asia issue. I live in England (UK). I've got the comm pack this time (according to the link - at work so can't check....), but haven't received 2 of 5. First time EA dithered too long over my e so didn't get it from help either.

Not nearly as bad as never getting it I know, but just to let you know they're not exclusively victimising Asia.........

I'm in the US but I'm listed as being from "The US Minor outlying Islands" according to ME3 and I didn't get mine. It doesn't make any sense of course because I'm playing my game from Louisiana but I assume the fact that the game thinks I'm not in the continental US causes my problems.

I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I never got a Comm Pack automatically. My brother got into this game last month and hasn't been able to get his Packs automatically, either. We play with three friends who live within 25 miles. Two of them never get Comm Packs and only one receives them every operation without having to resort to online help. And all of us use the same Internet Provider.

It says I did not get commendation pack on my form... but I had full extraction in Firebase London for Silver, Gold and Platinum.

In the blog, at the end it said, and I quote,

"As a reward for such an Olympic effort there’s a special something in the pack for you."

I got both Commendation Packs and Victory Packs and there wasn't anything special inside any pack. All I got was a Crusader III. Based on the line above, should we be expecting something better? I haven't gotten my final N7 character, or the Typhoon or the Particle Rifle. Only gotten boring items and nothing 'Special'...

I've not gotten any commendation packs (ever) for all my previous events although my squadmates would "sometimes" get them.

Checking on the help link shows I've "no" award and that "This Origin account does not have an associated, active, Mass Effect 3 account." although my account's always been linked and I can readily access my player profile from here and see my achievements on the PS3 account.

Any Emails and attempts to log into the help page have always been pointless as the support pages don't work and Emails don't get replied to.

This is disappointing. Never had such poor support for money spent before...

For starters,everyone tells me "MAKE SURE FEEDBACK IS ON".Well,let me tell you all that I have molested the feedback "ON" button enough times to make it break several times over if it were a real physical thing.Hell,I even shoved my friend's face into my monitor and screamed the question "IS MY FEEDBACK SET TO ON?DO YOU SEE IT?IT IS ON RIGHT?".He concurred while looking like a terrified squirrel.I then proceeded to rape the reset to default button which by default(duh) sets back feedback to on.

My nat port and such is set to open even.

I at all don't receive Commendation Pack, only through the address to support.
This time, I decided to satisfy a mission condition with guarantee. Passed mission in London alone. Passed with friends, passed with casual players. Even there was an evacuation of all four players on platinum. In the general difficulties, I passed from 10 to 20 times (precisely didn't consider). Means, mission with guarantee should be executed.
But alas, I again am not present in lists. I don't understand, why about me constantly forget. (The statistics for the server, of course, is included).
I live in Ukraine, it is Eastern Europe.

The credits and xp you get for finishing every mission is the reward.  These victory and comm packs are just gravy. They are not meant as the reward for every mission you do and never will be.  They dont have to award anything special. Its a pain in the ass for the them to do it and all everyone does is complain about it anyway.  I  think its great they add special ops for us to do and give us something extra for our time.  Most people would be playing anyway these ops just bring more people doing the same thing.

These suggestions in no way diminish the rewards or their intended prupose and successfully reward players for time and effort both (if utilised). Otherwise, anyone with a brain will realise a single pack isn't worth 72 hours of their lives and just do one mission or swear participation off completely due to the lack of compensation.
