i dont get it mines says no and says that my account does not have an active mass effect 3 account when i have the game registered... i dont get it....

dont panic guys. it said i didnt complete the goal as well and i clicked on the link for review. I had the pack upon getting home from work same day. great job BW....and i finally got my EAGLE I.
my life is complete!

I contacted EA customer support regarding commendation pack issue and they sended to me right away. I got crusader.

more than 24 hrs and still nothing, I think I'll just contact support.

I clicked the link review account (instructions say "see the form"? a bit vague) and got my com pack the next day. System seems to work.

I got another Eagle(III)....damn, i wanted a hurricane(only nice weapon from the N7 pack)

Anyway that is a nice system. Guess now i will stop bothering the indian guys who work at EA help center...

Oh look they gave us something that can tell us if we did the operation or not and if the pack has been sent ..... Now if only they would actually fix the game and all the bugs in it ....
