Usually work on something during my coffee / lunch breaks at work. This time came up with Garrus.
Wanted to achieve a gritty look, drew this one from memory so had to solo out some parts & details.

Yeah i was doing it during my breaks 
work in school has many advantages, hehe. Thanks for all the comments, i find it intriguing to draw with ballpoint because you can't erase when you screw up so need to be extra careful, haha

Not as of yet no, but i just might
I just have to hoard half-used pens around the school i'm working in (they give solid strokes, no surprises with ink overload (haha, overload).

The funny part is that i work in an elementary school, when i showed this to 1st graders they got scared

With the particular one i used for this, yes...on multiple occasions..the darkest spots you see in this drawing...that's where it hit the fan, haha. Adds to the grittynes though so i don't mind it too much

Oooh, the shame that pic put on those like me would like to draw but can't..... Anyway, don't listen to that ****** on FB, the shadows are perfect, he's just jealous... the fringe.... well, that's just a bit wrong, but it's still a great pic.

Otherwise i could not evolve in what i am doing...i agree on that my style to draw with ballpoint pen can get a tad messy at times, used a bit too much shading on this maybe but hey it's still just a sketch

The problem for me was to get a good view from inside the armour, because in the game it's always dark and can't see details but i did not have reference to this either so

Sure, I agree, but that dude was a bit to rude, and then you drawed that with a pen, it's natural the shadows are marked.
