After the ME3 script leak, I fail to see how something of this level of irrelevance is "stunning".

Hell, before that the same apparently happened with DAO's CC and DA2's demo as well. This is something minor at most.

They don't have to announce nothing and it's definitely not "time"; unless we want another DA2.

I say, wait another year with an announcement, and release the game in 2015, but make it good.

I agree with you. But Fans forget that Dragon Age is. BioWare has focused on ME3. I can not see anything new.

2015 is way too far away. Unless Bioware has some other big game that they're working on, that is a very long time for Bioware to go without any new releases.
The longest they've gone without releasing anything was two years and ever since then, they release something every year. I just don't see them going "quiet" until 2015.

Never have I stated this is what is going to happen. I just suggested more development time would be good for an RPG game.

I am well aware of EA's yearly installments publishment. The truth is, we will probably see DA3 next year, I am aware of that.

And in case of BioWare, most of the trouble with their games could be fixed with more time. Sure, it'll cost more, but it'll bring more profits in the long term.

I don't mind waiting if that means we'll get a goddamn masterpiece.

Keep in mind too much time between realeases is bad, but too little is just as bad, if not more.

But ME2 isn't. 

As I said, they usually have a gap of 2 to 3 years between game releases, which would put it being released late 2013 - Early 2014. 
They have nothing important going on, since ME is over (except for DLCs, but that isn't as important as a new game), and with C&C becoming be free to play and Ultima Forever also a free to play game, DA is definitely the next big thing (unless they announce something...which I find very unlikely, since DA3 would be way easier to release than a brand new game, since DA already has a established world)
