My thoughts are that the white boxes are suppose to include their names, but I dunno, I didn`t do the survey.

It's not just you, but I don't think Flemeth is the one behind the 3rd party. I do think that she is aware of what is happening though: who is responsible and what they are trying to achieve. She probably see it as mostly unavoidable as well. This is probably why she is protecting dragons and requiring help to be smuggled out of Ferelden too.

Also, it explain why Hawke and the Warden disappeared. This 3rd party probably had them killed. They were too efficient at gathering people to "their cause". Well I hope they are dead, I don't want to see a double Revan resolution to a character storyline...

Flemeth was first i thought of.  Though I suppose it's possible others are involved or that Flemeth has someone working against her.  That could be Morrigan or some new blood mage.  Who knows.

I think it looks plenty different from the DA 2 style. Then again, small pictures so it's hard to really make out.
But I reallo hope they change it. It was almost impossible to create a goodlooking female in DA 2. And they always looked the same. >.<

I believe, they have stated that the art style of DAII is here to stay. There will be no major changes - just improvements on what we already have.

I believe, they have stated that the art style of DAII is here to stay. There will be no major changes - just improvements on what we already have.

Let's hope those improvements are big. Or that we'll at least get a really damn badass default PC.

Concept art is so stylized.  It just reminds me of the covers of cheesy fantasy books I used to read as a kid.  Men with beards and swords and female companions in skimpy chainmail bikinis.  

You're all right; I'm sure they will be better-looking "in game."

That is done on purpose because its supposed to show aspects of design and detail that might be lost in rendering. Hyper-stylized is basically toned down a bit to something slightly more realistic.

I like how stens concept art has no horns, which brings into question the devs were saying as how the Qunari were always meant to have horns and it was only the limitations of DAO that meant that they wasn't able to give them horns.

I know about what they say now it just that bioware were saying that they didn't change the lore to accomodate the new art style.
