From another article. One thing as far as timeline---The bolded says Fereldan trying to recover, etc. from the Darkspawn a decade ago. So, this makes me think that DA3 will pick up pretty close to where DA2 left off. No time lapse. DA2 took, technically, 10 years. The Blight was over within the first year of DA2.
Someone mentioned earlier that the whole interrogation of Varric by Cassandra might actually be...how do I say?..DA3--present tense. As in Cassandra is there at your DA3 PC wishes. I think that's interesting.
And i always love the idea of exploring forgotten spaces and uncovering ancient mysteries...I love that!
Being an Inquisitor might not be all it's cracked up to be at first. Sounds like it might be a lil rag tag in the beginning. Perhaps with a slip of authority, but I can't see too many caught up in the Grand Game taking you seriously...at first. Until you start busting some heads! heheh
I mention that a while back that Cassandra is going to be a PC character in DA3 the reason why is because art of the Female seeker with the hair style matched Cassandra, they spent money on Cassandra story on Dragon Age Animated movie the same with James Vega story with Mass Effect Pargon lost. So yes, I do believe Bioware will put Cassandra as a PC in DA3 she does play a great role in the storyline just like the Warden.
As for the Inquisitor introducing character class depends what ablilty skills they are creating for DA3?

I'm guessing the whole ''gather your armies'' thing will most likely tie in with some kind of multiplayer . I'd start raging about now, but the MP in ME3 was executed well, so I won't get annoyed just yet. Just as long as it doesn't influence the singleplayer in a bad way.
Also, Cullen, Stroud & Cassandra? Yes please.
Just tell Stroud's VA to change his Riordan voice

Warden- warrior sword+sheild. Nic Stroud.
Seeker. Warrior. Two handed sword. probably duelist. Nic Cassandra.
Cullen- warrior templar, sword shield.
Elven girl- rogue.
The girl- mage.
Spear man- mage. But in PnP RPG chevalier will use spears.
Intresting who is healer?
Mike laidlaw i beleve, hinted that they quite favored this fine specimen of manhood to appear in a major installment![]()

Agreed. They know that if they make Cassandra or another already determined character a protagonist that the game will flop. People like having the ability to customize their character.

Why did they decide to make Cullen a party companion? If he's going to be a companion, it means he'll likely be a romance option, which means they are making him "cheat" on female Warden Amell. Why would they want to do that? It diminishes his character, kills a great love story with a "yeah, yeah, he moved on(and had a round of drinks with a doctor on the Citadel, hello, Kaidan)", and potentially robs us of a brand new romance.
Cullen was never a romance, he just had a crush on female mage Wardens. How would he be cheating on someone he never had a relationship with?

Yeah. It was just unrequited love, and he seems to be over it by DA2. The only way you can get a mini-romance is through player-made mods in DA:O. Also, there's only one origin story where he has a crush on a mage. If your Warden isn't a female mage, he doesn't have a crush on anyone (to my knowledge at least)
