I already said I don't really care much about how they look, and I made it clear that the only thing that bothered me was people wanting Bioware to copy designs from other fantasy IPs for Dragon Age.
Understood
People tend to take pics from games and other media that they like to give a reference point to explain what they would like to see..
In the end most elves look kind of Tolkien-ish..there are exceptions of course..but they are few. And everybody is entitled to an opinion as long as we respect each others views

A chip on my shoulder? Do you even know what that means?
Is it really so hard to understand why I got a little perturbed?

Don't talk to me like that. I'm not five, and I'm not some silly girl who will tolerate nonsensical arguments from someone who can't even answer a single question without looking for something to **** about.
And rest assured, if I used the phrase, I understand what it means.

If someone asks your opinion and you don't want to discuss, you're in the wrong place. If said person just wants to argue about arguing, take it on the chin and move on.

Much as I'm loath to get involved, she did use the phrase correctly.BrotherWarth wrote...

.... anyway....
So to get things back on topic, I'm re-reading Asunder and realizing just how important Leliana is to the events that surround everything involving the Chantry. What do you guys think about seeing her in the next game as either a quest-giver or a temporary companion?
(Hint: "Leliana is supposed to be dead in my playthrough" doesn't really count as an answer)

You've got nothing to gain by needlessly arguing with me. I hope you have the most amazing day ever and I look forward to having a conversation with you that actually goes somewhere in the future.BrotherWarth wrote...

I can't see why she wouldn't be in the game some how.
I'm kinda thinking that too. I mean she's always with Justinia (she could get sent out on missions, like finding the Warden and visiting Kirkwall, but I bet that'll grow to be mostly just Cassandra's role) so I bet we'll get a glimpse of her if we're siding with the Divine or maybe even get to fight her if we choose to side against Justinia.
But hurting Leliana would just be
Maybe even if we don't get to see her we'll pick up a letter she's written or something. That'd be neat.

I would think that if Cassandra is playing a large or relatively large role(as a companion) then Leliana pretty much has to play a role. It wouldn't really make sense for her not to unless Cassandra strikes out on her own.
On a side not, the first time I played Origins I ended up killing Leliana when she went against me. I was so shocked when I cut her head off. I thought I would just be telling to fall in line but I took her damn head off.
That's when I realized how cool/hard it was making decisions in games.

That's a good point. They'd have to really come up with a good explanation for giving us one but not the other.BrotherWarth wrote...

Of course they both have completely different sets of skills, which is what makes them both so useful. If we had to choose between partnering with one and not the other (like with Meeran and Athenril) I'd totally roll with Leliana. Intruige FTW!
