I've just the achievement called "Deep Roads Safari" from the Legacy DLC. However, I have yet to unlock both The High Lords' Belt & Pendant of the Morning Frost. I've log off & sychronize the save file. And, I've also update my profile. Help? Please?

I think you have to complete the entire "Legacy" adventure, not just get the side-quest Achievement.

I really want to have both The High Lords' Belt & Pendant of the Morning Frost unlock so I can use them it my future new game(s). If the prerequisites are not "obtaining an achievement from either The Exiled Prince, Legacy, or Mark of the Assassin before November 1, 2012", how can I obtain The High Lords' Belt & Pendant of the Morning Frost? I've complete the Legacy DLC already and got all the achievements. I've also synchronize and updated my profile. If there anything else that I need to do? November 1, 2012 is getting closer & closer...

Have you completed ALL the DLC?

The High Lords' Belt is a bonus belt for Dragon Age II. It is unlocked if the player has obtained at least one achievements from each of the DLC mission packs: The Exiled Prince, Legacy and Mark of the Assassin and claimed the item before November 1, 2012.

The Pendant of the Morning Frost is a bonus amulet for Dragon Age II. It is unlocked if the player has obtained at least one achievements from each of the DLC mission packs: The Exiled Prince, Legacy and Mark of the Assassin and claimed the item before November 1, 2012.

Just complete The Mark of the Assassin & received all the achievements. I've completed all the DLCs and got all the achievements. Still don't see The High Lords' Belt & Pendant of the Morning Frost anywhere, assuming they are in the in-game chest.

Sorry, should have been clearer.  This was a time based promo, you had to go to the link below and have it check your profile to unlock the items by Nov 1:

I'm going to see if there's anything we can do to open these promo items up again for folks. And in the meantime make that clearer on the unlocks page I mentioned above.

I totally missed that - I did think it was strange as we normally don't expire any of these things.  I'll talk to the web team about making it more visible.

Also, things are looking good for making available all our previous promo items  - once the shows over this weekend are done i'll work with the web & DA team to figure out how best to make that available.  Likely a similar form that you click on and it adds those to your acct.  Stay tuned.
