 Okay, I've been constantly ringing Origin service every time I have to get my commendation packs, then after Earth DLC I had my account inexplicably put on the ban list, which was somehow restored only last week, without any notice or e-mail. Now however, It's that ****** Redeem Online Pass problem again, so I rang up EA, told the rep my problem, he said he'd check my account for abnormalities. So he found none, but the only solution the support rep can give is to "try uninstalling the game, then downloading it from Origin." To clarify, I asked whether or not popping the retail disk I bought (N7 Edition) will have the same result, the rep said "no".And then there's no guarantee it will be permanently fixed.

TL; DR I've had enough crap from this game and will now be leaving this game uninstalled.

I think that sucks, hunter. Every person stuff like this affects lowers the player base. I'm sure most people that it happens to don't post, either. People can be unsympathetic all they like, but people being treated like this is unacceptable. A lot of things need to be fixed, and should have been by now. I hope frustrated players like yourself drift back in eventually.

Agreed.  That sucks.  Sympathies, OP.  I hate how people ****** all over these topics.  It takes me half an hour to find a gold lobby on off hours, we do not need to be losing more players left and right.  Get on the ball, BW.

See this is a valid complaint. I thought it was gonna be another annoying i'm done playing becuase my fav weapon got nerfed and now i cna't pass silver thread. But its not and i think that support is BS. i've been lucky to not have to deal with it but thats frustrating. you buy something, it doens't work, no help in fixing it, and support being lazy and stupid. this needs to get some attention
