Yeah, origin is a pile of crap. Everytime EA bleats about how they're just as good as Steam, I just giggle.

And then everytime I watch that piece of junk come up when I start the game, I die a little inside.

But yeah, it sucks to see people leave because EAware can't get their act together.

Tell them you've already tried repairing install, re-installing from Origin and even re-installing Origin itself and see if you can persuade them to give you a new serial code.

I hear you 3 games in a row today I have been disconnected from Ea Servers in wave 7. Nice job with that maintenance EA your servers are crap. Its time to play something else.

Agreed.  That sucks.  Sympathies, OP.  I hate how people ****** all over these topics.  It takes me half an hour to find a gold lobby on off hours, we do not need to be losing more players left and right.  Get on the ball, BW.

Hopefully your problem will somehow be resolved OP. I think it's sad how people complain about farewell threads that have little purpose other than raging but when someone has a legitimate problem as a reason for leaving they go out of their way to show that they don't care.

I agree. Completely. I can't even say how many times I've had no working friends list... I log in, start up MP.. and get switched to Invisible, and can't switch back. Lose my connection, and dropped out of a Silver/Gold game with some of my friends and lose all the credits. And THEN it takes me an hour or two to get logged back in. Lost a weeks worth of progress and purchases, and once, even real cash I spent only to be told.. "I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do to help you." when talking to Origin support.

These are just SOME of the examples of problems that bug me about this game. MUCH worse than the constant ner****g and tweaking of the game, and all the bugs that still remain un-fixed.

Most of that is an EA problem...though the banning part would be BW's fault...

Honestly I think the whole series would have been better off without EA having bought of BW. Hell, just not dealing with Origin would have been good enough. Unfortunately we are stuck with it, and all of the crap that EA gives up but doesn't care enough about to clean up.

See this is a valid complaint. I thought it was gonna be another annoying i'm done playing becuase my fav weapon got nerfed and now i cna't pass silver thread. But its not and i think that support is BS. i've been lucky to not have to deal with it but thats frustrating. you buy something, it doens't work, no help in fixing it, and support being lazy and stupid. this needs to get some attention


I feel for you.  I too thought this was "I'm mad, they nerfed me again!" thread.  But this is legit.

I have had to call support about 3 times now, or maybe four.  The first dude was pretty unhelpful.  The other 3 were very good at what they did.  I suppose its pot luck.  Welcome to RNG, Bro.

Come back and play Nerf Effect with us if you get bored of all the other good games out there.

What the hell does that mean?  The OP has legitimate complaints that to date have not been resolved which has led to their "throwing in the towel" moment.  WTF does "mmmmaaann"ing up have to do with it?   I can only hope that people like you who have zero empathy will encounter a total system meltdown and karma will have done their thing.

I think you should keep calling and complaining until they finally do something about it.

To me, that's just unacceptable that they wouldn't immediately provide you with another code right on the spot.

And please ignore the people who can't sympathize, chances are most of them have probably complained for much less, and have received similar treatment.
