I am one of many people not getting their commendation pack so i went the help at the top of the page and for some reason it said "Your account has not been granted a commendation pack for this mission" so does that mean it has not yet been sent yet or than i am not getting one. Thats one half now the other I clicked review case and it said information will be sent to the associated Email address but this email is very old and cannot be accessed I'm only using it because my Xbox auto signed into the EA servers with that address so is there a way that I can request to get my Email address changed on my BSN/ME3 multiplayer accounts otherwise the Email is inaccessible. Please help

It means you're not getting one. I used the commendation pack help page too but after waiting for 10 hours nothing happened. I just send EA help https://help.ea.com/...t=mass-effect-3 an email and got my commendation pack right away
