Maybe or maybe not, but it could change the ending of the destroy ending. By keeping EDI & the Geth alive, by identifying the Reaper code and only destroying the Reapers. At lest thats what I'm hoping for anyway.

Bioware aren't changing the endings anymore after the EC save the lines regarding Leviathan, destory will still result in the death of EDI and the Geth (given the geth didn't die during Rannoch)
