Not only do I have to wait for Leviathan, its patch day for WoW and I played DA: O too long yesterday and don't want to play it... I'm bored now...

Leviathan seems to be canceled or a joke. No one has it and no one is selling it at this time and today is the release date.

Your logic is seemingly flawed. Every DLC thats been released for this game has never been released in the early morning, on PC anyways... (its half past 7am right now where I am).
