Just funny cause have 1000 bioware points saved up.

I've been having the exact same problem. I contacted Origin's wonderful (/sarcasm) customer service, and they implied it was the browser I was using ( I use Chrome). Their suggestion was "use any other browser, and if you're still having problems, try again later." I tried IE and Firefox on and off since then (about 6pm EDT) and still nothing. Extremely frustrated.

Just finished on insanity. I died 15 times at least. I really enjoyed the story and the outcome. Was it worth 800 points, or was it more of a 560. I don't know, but I did enjoy it.

I had the same problem. I tried purchasing it directly (via Paypal), didn't work. So I FIRST bought the 800 BW points in the regular Origin Store and THEN got the Leviathan DLC by directly buying it with my BW points -- no problem!

Maybe that helps...?

PS: Origin told me I couldn't use Paypal for purchasing the BW points atm (no explanation given). So i bought them with my credit card. Maybe it's just Paypal...

Depending on your region, it's better to buy BioWare points directly from this website. In the euro zone BW points cost more on Origin than on BSN.

I'm in Ireland and indeed, Fredvdv is right. It costs more in main Origin Store than on the Bioware site. 1600 points costs €19.99 on Origin compared to €15.00 on BSN. Funny thing is that when you go to Shop for Add Ons on the ME3 game icon in the Origin Game Library to buy the points and the DLC altogether, which is what I've been doing unsuccessfully since yesterday, prices are the same. Except I've been getting the Temporarily Unavailable message. 

I bought the points through BSN via Paypal and bought the DLC and Firepack using the points. Worked fine and just downloaded both now.

Wow! Loved it...even thought it was better then LoTSB....answers one of the big questions everyone has seemed to have had...Hats off Bioware, very well done! Think this ties up the series and makes it clear in my mind exactly what has transpired through the 3 games.

Played it. Luved it! Thought it was worth the 800 points. Played on Insanity on a save I had just before Chronos Station. Took about 3 hours, and received all the achievements. Had no issues other than I glitched thru a wall at 1 point only, This was on Xbox, so I realize others may not have the same 'luck'. Thanx Bioware!

At what point of the story does Leviathan take place? I just started a new game and don't want to play "pass" the Leviathan "checkpoint" when I do get the DLC.

How long does it take you to complete the Leviathan DLC?

I think it takes place at anytime after Mars but before Cronos Station (point of no return), Its is divided into three mission which can be done at anytime though its better if you them althogther at once, and its about 2-3 hours long and its well worth the price imo  

So, I could delay playing Leviathan DLC until before I go to attack the Cerberus base.

Yeah, can do the Leviathan DLC missions any time you like (e.g. start first one after Udina coup, but do the 2nd one after Rannoch) so long as you don't start Cronos Station

hopefully will be fun .. need origin to fix there fail store. wont let me buy it despite having plenty of points weird ????. why cant i just buy the stuff from bioware like with mass effect2 dlc . im sure everyone else has had same dramas with same issue is pain. time to cut out the origin middle underling muddling so people can get what they paid for. iam pleased some gamers have been able to play it. the sooner more of us can the better . and the missing firefight gun pack dammit. the renegade out

How the h do i get of this roof? My team mates can but i cant.

Fixed it by looking up and pressed the space bar rapidly. So it worked in the end thanks djharris10.

Someone in earlier post yesterday said that they used Bing on 360 to find it. Don't know if PSN has same kind of search engine but worth a shot cause its epic

Actually, if you go into PSN, use the search function and use the terms "Mass Effect 3 Leviathan" it should become available....funny thing on PSN, searching through the "add-ons" it didn't show, but someone kindly gave me the advice and it worked. Try it out, maybe the same issue....

I hear you, I was mad I couldn't get it at midnight but defintely worse on your end...don't know if it is consolation or torture, but it is outstanding, so enjoy when you finally get it!

Great DLC, just finished. Dialogue parts were especially impressive. Clearly deserves 800 BW points... Good work Bioware!
