My wallet, and body, are ready.

Is your body ready for Synthesis.

No. It will never be ready.

It is however, ready for lunch.

My MS points are ready, have been for a while, so I'm probably getting it. Maybe even day 1 depending on school.

You're missing out. Synthesized food is delicious. Hmmm... circuits.

Two pages...we couldn't go three post on the second page without a fight...whatever.

I really look forward to this dlc, hopefully it'll be a nice series of missions to playthrough. I plan to play it with my renegon infiltrator or vanguard import I haven't brought in yet, can't decide which.

i am one of those that liked the EC and hated fanatically the original ending.
Also i am one of those that think that good DLC only adds to the game. Tuchanca and Rannoch mssions are the standouts of the game. Suppose that Leviathan is just as good, wouldnt that make ME3 better?

It will add to ME3 but the ending will still be there.

So now when we think of the emotional climax(s) of ME3 we think Tuchanka and Rannoch. After this DLC (assuming it is really REALLY good) people will think Tuchanka, Rannoch, and Leviathan were the high points of the game. Then then ending kinda falls flat a bit.

Of course, it's a shame Earth doesn't have that punch. But for those of us who are OK or even completely fine with it, just not thrilled that it isn't totally rockin', I think there's no big issue here.

Look at you all pandering over some crappy dlc that you will be complaining about once you finish, not shepdog though.
Because that guy only dislikes stuff if it is obviously bad.

While I'm not overly interested in the reaper backstory anymore, it does add some interesting context to the Catalyst that may warrant a purchase so I can see it myself. That and I herd Patrick Weeks was the lead writer on this, so that is exciting.

If Weekes is the lead writer, the chances of me buying it rise exponentially. As long as Walters is kept the hell away from anything Mass Effect.

How the hell do you know this?

Outside of ME3's endings, I've been fairly happy with Mass Effect - from Pinnacle Station to Arrival.

If I derived enjoyment form those, you can bet I'll probably have a good time with Leviathan - which sounds like BioWare's most ambitious DLC to date.

The best anyone can say about Mass Effect 3.
Fine. Okay. Satisfactory. Adequate.

If you don't see the problem with that, it's because you don't want to see it.

Maybe I just need to read some user reviews after release. Nothing I have seen about sounds that interesting to me. I could very well be 100% wrong and it is as good as LoTSB. But, I am just not seeing anything in it to get me hyped up.

For those of you excited over it ... Is it just because it is new content or is there something cool that I am just missin?

And even if you wind up loathing it, your statement clearly indicates that'd be a fluke. Nothing is perfect, and I doubt that even the most... passionate Mass Effect fans are 100% satisfied with every single line that every single character speaks on every single mission in all three games. These things happen. But people who have generally been very satisfied with the series are probably going to be OK on this one.

Then get ready for your body to synthesize new parts from the lunch you ate.

Nope, just Priority: Earth, the relative lack of Miranda and some arduous auto-dialogue. Game's an 8.5 or so from me.
