Does anyone know a site which makes it possible to upload 700mb files for free? Someone asked me to upload the soundtrack but it's too big. I could split it but I'd rather not.

Not sure what OST is, but what are you uploading, video or still graphics?
G-mail has a decent digital storage for free, and YouTube generally allows 20min plus videos now.

Are you trying to upload the Mass Effect soundtrack so people can download it for free online? That's illegal, and the game's official forums are certainly not a smart or safe place to be asking for this.

I suppose this falls under the general umbrella of "piracy", so it's not allowed. The ME3 soundtrack is not free... it was, IIRC, part of the collector's edition. I believe the Extended Cut soundtrack was free for all registered users.
