I previously bought DLC by using a Visa gift card and purchasing BioWare Points. Now that the Powers That Be have decreed little or no international coverage for gift cards, I can't do that.
So, how can I buy BioWare points if I have no PayPal account, or credit card? There has to be a way, I jsut haven't found it yet.

If you live in the United States, you can get an EA Game Card at stores like Best Buy or Blockbuster and you can use it to buy BioWare points.

EA game card? What is this sorcery? I have seen MicroSoft points, and PlayStation, but not EA game cards...
EDIT: looking up this strange new solution, maybe I can add to the playability of DA2 with them.
