I busted a nut.
Great idea.
Just got a few suggestions:
1) Red: I know it may sound odd, but I would prefer the Geth as enemies there. Why you ask?
As
is, the endings still allow for the Geth not being identically affected
as the Reap-hurrs, as the results of the Red wave are not observed on
screen. With that said, the Geth "running amok" after the beam hits
would be very much feasible.
Two options would make sense then for
whoever is the players' avatar then: one, put the rampaging geth down
with force. Two, order people to merely restrain the Geth, an option
that would only be available if peace was made with their Creators.
Could even be advocated by Tali, that missy was quite convinced of the
geth's goodwill following Rannoch, as I am sure quite a number of other
Quarians were.
If peace was not made, have these geth be heretics,
far as I recall there were still pockets of those around after Rannoch,
and it would make sense for those to head to the final battle to assist their
masters.
2) Refusal: This can have multiple scenarios too: the
objective of setting up the capsule is sound, as is the possibility of
the Normandy being shredded there and then on screen, with the objective
complete. Still, having the possibility of it making an escape, the
exact outcome of continued resistance remaining an unknown like now,
would be a nice thing to have, as I see it.
3) Control and Synthesis:
I do not think either of these truly require a combat-section. A more
"talk-y" approach would be somewhat better.
Or else set their combat sections up somewhat prior to the beam, with Coats and company holding the line down on Earth.

I love it.
I especially will shoot for Refusal ending if the Survive till you die idea is implemented like it was in Reach.

Reminds me of an expansion pack like DA Awakening.
I like the idea; playing from the perspective of someone else, seeing some of the impact of your decisions first hand. Would also appreciate a chance to see what your team has done in the aftermath. (and possible reunions)
Not sure how climactic it would feel fighting the last pockets of Cerberus though. Could feel like it's fishing for a threat at that point.

Post-Ending = Good.
Doesn't Synthesis kill you?
I guess I could picture cleaning up the remnants of the Reaper's influence, handling/disposing dangerous technology, and clearing up infighting; but with TIM and the Reapers gone, what would Cerberus be fighting for? Would they just mindlessly continue killing?Seival wrote...
Control, Synthesis, and Destroy parts might work even without fighting at all. Someone already told about it before, and I agree. But personally, I think even those parts should have some fighting. Remaining Cerberus troops will definitely fight dirty, and so can be really dangerous to Normandy crew.
