Probably already covered, but with the general unreliabilty of the online profile updates, it would be nice to have a "update profile now" button in the opening menu to let you at least make a couple of manual attempts... if the best we can hope for on the automated updates is every couple of weeks or so, I'd honestly rather just eliminate the automated attempts (probably reduce net traffic to the servers anyway) and just try and push it on my own every couple of days...

Seems to me that unless they put some kind of restrictions on it, or went with the same delayed queue they already seem to have, this would just lead to congestion issues on the site and make things worse.

Six of one, half-dozen of the other, I guess... better for 10 gazillion users doing automated ones at regular intervals or 10,000 hardcore "latest 10 secs of progress plz" hitting the button repeatedly...?
