Could I please be sent an early savegame by one of you kind souls? Immediately after the intro movie my game blue screens due to some problem with the character generation process and my graphics driver. If possible, a human warrior, I don't mind about background or appearence. An elf mage might be fun too. Please help, I really wanna play the game after forking out so much for it. What I am asking for is a save file as early into the game as possible. Please help me out, I will be very grateful and will place 3000 internetz directly into your account.

email is mysterybabylonfall+spam@gmail.com
(But take away the +spam, I only wrote that in to deny spambots)

Are you certain you could actually USE any such save?  If your system is causing the character creator element to fail (and that is a low-demand part of the package), you probably would not be able to load a save game copy anyway.  Why not visit the Tech Discussion forum, and name for the folks in there, the details on your PC, all pertinent parts, especially the actual for real video card, the OS version, driver versions, and game version.

Thanks for your input but its really just a save game I'm looking for. This will help me to narrow down the cause of my odd problem

An odd problem? Your system isn't capable of running the game if it blue screens. Next time make sure you have at least the recommended settings before forking down the cash.

Just offhand, he's got something on the order of an X300, or Radeon 9600, that can barely do SM2, but fails at SM3 (or the IGP equivalent, Xpress200).

No, BSODs can be for almost anything, only the "Stop" screen, a particular variety of Blue Screen, seen much less often, is mostly related to hardware.

Please folks I appreciate that it takes less time to type a reply here than to send me the save...but only one of those alternatives is in any way helpful to me

That's just hogwash. Bluescreens rarely or ever have anything to do with mininum requirement or recommended settings.

I notice that any mouse hasn't registered the game yet.

Let's not assume.  Granted, the way the game is set up with DLC and redemption, it's odd not to set up an account shortly after you get the game.  But he could have only bought or installed it just today.

I'm not trying to start any discussions or debates about holidays or EA DLC. Please, if you have a few moments to spare just send off a save game to the email above. If not then move on I suppose.

If I can make it past the first few minutes of gameplay then I'll register, it would just be a waste of time otherwise

I'd be wary of emailing out anything that may have some of my BioWare or EA account info in the file to link to DLC, so, sorry, not taking the chance, even if it's a million to one against.

Go the the Tech Support forum and work through the help there like everyone else.

Half the point of registering is showing you have a legit version of the game and provide access to the other forums. It's hardly a waste of time.

Intel hasn't yet made any video chip strong enough for this game, and the one that the OP has is an older, still-worse one, as I suspected that it would be ("IGP", not necessarily Intel's crap)..

If you have problems with your game, have a look in the tech support forum or read the technical support information provided by EA.
