I was just wondering if it is ever explicitly stated anywhere that the Dwarf Commoner Warden becomes a Paragon? I know they were considering voting on it in the epilogue but i was wondering if there was a more concrete reference.

My epilogue slides, for a US ending, say:
"The Assembly posthumously declared (the Warden) a Paragon, following months of deliberation... the first duster ever to receive the honor. A new house was founded in her name, and so many casteless flocked to its banner that it became one of the largest in the city."
Can't say for the other endings, though.

Wasn't Gherlon the Blood-Risen a Casteless Paragon?
Back on topic, I remember reading that my non-sacrificed Commoner became a Paragon too. Brb, double checking.
Edit: Yep. By a unanimous vote, following many months of deliberation. (I can only assume it took that long to off everyone who threatened to make the vote non-unanimous.) It quickly gained a number of followers of every caste.

What, you expect them to remember the Origin dialogue when they're all the way down at the epilogue slides?
I'd have to go back and check Rica's dialogue, but it's sure implied that Gherlon was casteless. OTOH, there is also a Gherlen's Pass through the Frostbacks, from Ferelden or Orlais, right near Orzammar. Perhaps Gherlen/lon was a casteless who went topside, fought some immensely bloody battle in the pass, and got named Paragon afterwards? That would confuse his status as casteless or surfacer.

@ Corker- I think he was a born-casteless who came back from the surface with an army, and declared himself a Paragon-King. (I'm afraid you have a point about Bioware's memory though.)
@ Heretic- I don't do "Heroic Sacrifice." I still haven't ruled out getting Awakenings, and the weirdness of playing a Warden whose soul was eaten makes my head want to explode.

@Riverdaleswhiteflash, if you do get Awakening, you'll get a certain companion who's a big fan of your castless warden. I like that part. "I'd ask you to autograph my helmet if I could."
