If your argument is that Reapers do not kill but preserve people...

Explain all those places they simply don't bother to harvest and just destroy...

And then if they are not killing and just preserving us and helping us ascend... WHY THE HELL ARE YOU FIGHTING AGAINST THEM?

Simple....Because I don't want to be forced to beome a reaper!!!!! Understand that the thing they aredoing wrong is forcing there beliefs on others. Organicsdon't want to be perserved like this.

And the reapers goal is to perserve organic life as an abstract , not as indivisuals. They don't care if some organics die as long as the race is perserved.

the race is not perserved everything about them is gone and destroyed

and you still didn't answer my question as to why the Catalyst show emotion when you refuse him

They had civilian ships and maybe a couple of cruisers.
Suddenly in 6 months they have enough ships to challenge the entire 5th fleet.

But they r haz reaperz upgrades!

"How did I get so many ships? You see Shepard, I found something even the Reapers weren't aware of."

"You mind not stealing my ideas? Jerk."

Cerberus used ship making companizes as covers. It would not be hard for cerberus to make a fabercation factory to make ships. Heck, we even have to take control of one of there fighter bases in a submission in ME3.

I had this argument before... So Alliance let shipbuilding companies to produce CRUISERS for terrorists? To build a fleet that can rival entire Alliance fleet? And how they explain it to Alliance admirals? "Sorry sir, you can't get that ship, it's for Cerberus. Wait your turn, please."

Also equipping and supplying million soldiers.

What, you think they just make the logo onto the ship right at the yard? They ship them out and than designate them as cerberus. Hell, the corporations have their own fleets in this universe for gods sakes, their even able to launch a full scale invasion on a krogan and vorcha controled world by themselves.

I think fleets are not as hard to come by as people think.

Your saying the alliance has a way of knowing.

HA!:P
The alliacne didn't even know that cerberus help make the first normady.

When it comes to espianoge, cerberus has the alliance spinning on it's head.

Everybody stole the Normandy's designs. Cerberus, the Quarians, the Salarians. It was a giant free for all.

I think, however, that the Alliance would damn well notice if all their shipyards start getting clogged with orders for military ships that they aren't getting.

How saysthe order would sayit's for cerberus. That alliance does not own every human ship yard or even know what they are doing. Face it , when it come to espianoge, the alliance is knw were near the top. Cerbeus could do and have done what every they wanted and the alliance would be extremely late to even take notice.

.... it doesn't matter who it's from! The Alliance is going to get suspicious if *anyone* starts clogging shipyards with orders.
Mikailovich got pissy because his fleet was missing a single frigate. Now picture dozens of Admirals running around asking why their new ships have been delayed because the shipyards are all constructing advanced cruisers for Mr. X.

1. Who said I did? I don't beleive we have to be turned o reaper to stop organics and synthetic from killing each other.
I'm just explaining his logic. I destroyed him.

Because he knows that he missed the last chance he ever will have to solve the problem he is given and the next cycle will destory him.

You mean like how Binary Helix, Guanghui Solutions, and Sonax Industries did when they invaded gavrog, a terminus system planet controled by the krogan, and took the damn thing over with their own army and fleet?

The ships wouldn't need to come from Alliance shipyards. An anarcho-capitalist planet like Noveria or Illium wouldn't ask questions of Cerberus as long as they have the credits and would bury an Alliance investigation in red-tape and lawyers.

Again, how would the alliance even know it's happen in the first place? The alliance has to know about the production for them to suspect something is off. And space is a big place, the alliance can't even watch over their space fully even before the reaper war.

I could always buy how Cerberus managed to get a well trained ground army.

The fleet itself? No, sorry, that is simply BS. I don't care what tools you have, building a fleet from scratch after your group suffered severe setbacks in 6 months is simply too much for me to buy.

Just my two cents.

How is that bs? All they have to do is make a fabercation plant and use resources form omega. Cerberus is a group that uses a starship company as a cover. It's notlike thay don't know how to make starships.

Yes, because having a shipyard is the only part needed to create a fleet. it is not like there are other factors like logistics, resources etc. Right?

And all this while doing it in secret? And all after suffering major setbacks after Retribution?

And let us not forget the dozens of small petty nations that is the reason the council is scared to go into the Terminus system. Why are none of those jumping at the opportunity to snatch Omega from Cerberus? You would think these small nations would love to get their grubby hands on one of the most important space stations in ther Terminus system.

Now. You could argue that Cerberus managed to build those before ME2, but if they already had such an impressive force, why waste any resources on Shepard in the first place?

Are there hidden shipyards somewhere that large fleets can be built in secret for interested private parties?

Yes, that's how the corporatist fleet that invaded gavrog got their fleets, and how noveria has their own fleet. When you have enough money, you can manage to build yourself a military force.

In fact, here's another fun fact from the codex. Eclipse has their own damned fleet, yeah, that eclipse, the mercenary one.

More over, they had a fleet capable of defeating hegemony forces during the anhur rebellion. Ponder that, a mercenary force was able to defeat the batarians fleet in combat.

Is it really hard to believe that cerberus, with resources that would dwarf eclipses revenue no matter how much of their share's they sell or products they could push, would be able to build their own damned army and fleet.

Which would never be able to challenge an Alliance fleet.

This proves what exactly?

Let me ask again, if Cerberus already had the ships, why didn't they use them in ME2?

This is cerberus...
logistics and resources are not a problem. Even with retribution. Heck, it retrubution TIM is help by Aria and then with the resource for omega....Take it's it form her.
And with that none ofthe nation in the termunus i strong enough to take omega. Iftim could do it, no othe r terminuse nation would try to take it.
As for you last statement, the concept of Shepard was as a pawn. A pawn so great that it can gain much support to cerberus and get the collector base with the lease loss of man power.
Because of Shepard, many people who were aeinst cerberus became pro cerberus.Even joined up. Even alians helped cerberus.
Why do you think we have a Squad made of mostly aliens on a cerberus ship? Could not TIM just use the bestof his own soldier to help Shepard? Why use the best of other races?.....It is a suicide mission with a high chance of lose of life....Using his own soldiers means loses resouces. Using someone else soldiers like he did in ME2, means he doesn't.

That was before the reaper war. Now what would happen if the alliance is fighting a war with them spread out thinly being attacked at all side and losing a massive ammount of ships....What if another party attacked them.

So because you can't accept that the alliance fleets took a massive beating from the reapers, everything is just plain impossible now.

Space is a big place. Massive thing can happen in it andwe will never know about them.
