 I entered the code, but it said "Keycode is already in us." It's not possible because I got the damn thing as a new digital copy. Can anyone help me out? I got it from gamestop, so do I go to them?

Happens a lot. Contact EA Support. Nobody else can help as far as I know. I'd use the Live Chat option. When I had your problem (also digiDL, though Steam) they fixed it in minutes.
