Almost every class I play will contain one of the following -

Phaeston - I like it scoped, so it's a good all round weapon. You can snipe with it, or just go full auto and shred them up close. Helps a lot with headshot damage buffs. Have recently also been using the Revenant on my Turian Sentinel; it's good, but needs to be improved in order to justify its weight more.

Scimitar - my favourite shotgun. I like the compactness of it, and ability to rattle off numerous shots at close range. With a choke, it's not too bad at mid-range, too.

Tempest - I use this a lot on my human Engineer. Huge clip size allows me to keep firing inbetween cooldowns, so I'm always putting out damage. And it's weighs almost nothing.

Now it's Saber, Hurricane and Piranha. Mainly just due to the fact that every damn power shakes the screen. Good luck using a sniper.
