Sniper Rifle: I don't use them.
SMG: Hurricane and Tempest.
Shotgun: Geth Plasma Shotgun.
Pistol: Phalanx.

To many nerfs on all the good weapons before I got to use them.

Harrier 6, my favourite gun in the game.

Hornet 10, really good backup gun for my Harrier.

and because I got "Berserker Gear 5", I wanted a slight melee boost for my paladin with weapon damage, I am using N7 Piranha. Because most shotguns just don't cut it or they are too exotic for me to like. Piranha is ok, but it's accuracy is from crapper. Still, it's ok if paired with powers.

Carnifex, Hurricane, Eviscerator. 1 of those are at least on all of my playable characters atm.

Also I'm really starting to like the Vindicator.  Very underrated weapon on Silver.  Doesn't tire your hand out as fast as a Mattock and it's lighter.  Good for if you want a light Assault Rifle on a caster class (specifically vanguards).
