Can I use somehow it for my Champion ? Please help me :/

you don't say if you have PC or Xbox/PS3 version of the game (but since you are looking at DANexus mods I am going to assume you have the PC---moddable--version of the game). Try this mod, as I (think) it is where I got multiple new faces for DA2 character creation (as presets). At least one of the faces should be Carver's. It looks like the creator of the mod you linked merely used Carver's face (altering it slightly) and changed his hair color.

At the very least, the Chargen revamp mod will give you a base to start with.

 Here you go. This shows you how to give companion face mods to your Hawke.

Edit: It resets if you use the Black Emporium mirror so I suggest you not do that.
