 When I play Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer and in TS 3 as well. I problem is that hen the NPC starts speaking (between waves or when doing some special things) my TS sound is almost mutted. I almost dont hear anything in this time. And like most ppl in mass effect we speak a lot between waves.
PC Info:  
Sound Card: Realtek High Definition Auido drivers( the newest ones). 
OS: Windows 8, but when I was with windows 7 I had the same problem.

I tried a  fix that I know about some apps getting exclusive control over my sound. For exaple - I removed the tick of Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device (found In Sound/ Speakers properties / Advanced tab)
But even that didn't help about that my TS gets mutted when this NPC speaks.

Any ideas will be appreciated!

Mine does not seem to have this issue on windows 7. It sounds like a setting in windows, rather than in the game. The game itself pretty much lacks any audio control.

Check TS' options for a similar thing. My friends and I use Mumble exclusively, but we had to fiddle with settings before it stopped taking over our audio devices.
