At first im missing weapons and the store did'nt show anything the earth character are back into locked, now i cant even go back in the game the main menu is always freezing get stuck on checking downloadable content hopefully i could get help so i could return to playing again http://social.biowar...lay=multiplayer

k i got the main menu fixed just my missing weapons kits and the locked characters need a lil help??

I feel your pain. I 'm going through the same thing but, sometimes it’s locked ( N7 char, store, weapons) and sometimes it's not. Some help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

there seems to be no help out there. been having same thing for 3 weeks now. dont bother trying these things they do not work. deleting and redownloading dlc. restarting router. deleting save games. reformating harddrive on xbox. talking to ea servers, there answer was to reset the clock and date on my xbox. the only thing ive found that works is restarting. the problem seems to be random so if you get lucky everything comes back if not keep restarting i guess. good luck
