I googled it and fount other people thinks the same, too. Nightmare is really easy, with little tricks you don't have to even pause half of the game. My question is, is there an any mode that provides us a harder mode than nightmare?
Nightmare isn't a nightmare :(

If you have a PC, there is a mod called slinks s3 RAVAge which can greatly increase the difficulty. If you are on PS3 or XBox, you could try things such as solo runs (never anyone in the party except yourself) or try to defeat the game with only one of your companions (remove all tactics from all characters but one). It's worth a shot, anyway!

I love RAVAge, but be careful when installing/setting up. The overwhelming amount of loot can cause some of the merchants to stop working. I can't remember the name now, but there is a carrying sack that will also let you sell equipment that is almost a must if you have RAVAge.

The problem with the difficulty in Origins is that enemies don't get any extra health with higher difficulty settings, only higher resistances, evasion rates, tougher a.i., etc. While enemies may be harder to hit and use stronger talents, they don't really make the game feel any tougher beyond the early levels.
I did a solo run as an arcane warrior and it was fun, if a bit lonely. Fighting templars was annoying with their cleanse area removing my warden's buffs and the few arcane warriors in the game (ex. Orzammar proving arena) seem to be fond of mana clash.

I usually just change my backpack to allow more items *ahem*, but the mod you're talking about is the Utility Sack, methinks.

Yes, that would be it. The merchants can still be .... overwhelmed by the onslaught of merchandise unless the RAVAge settings are managed appropriately. RAVAge does increase lag for some which is why I stopped playing it. However, RAVAge can also change the cooldown times so that the the GW et al can't chug health potions.
