Lets pretend for a moment that the crucible never existed and the secret to the reapers defeat was love and we used that to defeat the reapers...

What would your Shepard do then? Would you stay in the military? Get married and have children with your LI (or adopt)?

Personally my Shepard would feel his work was done and it was time for a rest. Have one last beer with Garrus, play a game of Skillian poker with the crew, and then just take Liara and get lost in the stars. Maybe find a nice little planet with a white asteroid belt and settle down and look after those little blue babys

My Shepard got the high EMS Destroy ending where his survival was heavily implied.


My Shep was a career military man and utterly loyal to the Alliance, but I think he retires after Mass Effect 3. He's seen enough death and destruction to last a lifetime, and doesn't have much fight left him. He is looking forward to finding that quiet corner of the galaxy Liara mentioned, where they could live out the rest of their lives in peace. With the Shadow Broker for a girlfriend, he assumes a new identity and avoids all media spotlight, content to 'ride off into the sunset.'

Eh, the statue could say something about like "remember all the synthetics that died" sort of deal, I meant that the statue would be of Legion and as an honor to all the synthetics that died.
Not really that'd it'd be something just for the Geth, it'd just be easier to make one monument for it.

Pre-EC, I was going to hunt down and kill my squadmates and Admiral Hackett.

Post-EC: convince the Salarians to design a covert replacement for the genophage, just in case. And one for the Rachni too - maybe giant roach motels or something.

Either way, I'm still hunting down and killing Balak and anything left of Cerberus.

In a relayless wasteland universe, that could make a decent game!

Subjugation of the Yagh homeworld may be necessary as well.
