Oh snap, Shepard is the new head of Cerberus? Personally I think that would fit very well with a renegade Shepard, even better with Miranda by your side.

The funny thing is mine is a paragade (and an argument could be made for him being a paragon).

But the alliance has screwed him over constantly, calling him a hero, then locking him up when things look bad. 
And sending him off to fight Geth to keep him quiet, then when he gets killed, turns him into the alliance poster boy. Ever hear of Pat Tillman?

During the course of his travels he came to see jus how necessary and vital Cerberus really was. TIM was a madman, but he was a madman with a plan and an idea. Granted he was a Reaper puppet in the end, but his overarching goal was a noble one, and Shepard believes in that and the Pre-ME3 Cerberus far more than he ever believed in the alliance or the original council.

I'd settle down with Tali on Rannoch. But have a summer home or something on Tuchanka so I could hang out with Wrex. We'd adopt 3 children, a human girl named Emily, a quarian boy named Terran and a drell boy named Thane. My Shep would probably pitch in a lot on the reconstruction of Rannoch and Tuchanka. Oh, and found the "Mordin Sexual Advice Foundation" which will be an organization devoted to having salarians give sexual advice to other species. Complete with pamphlets.

My Femshep Gets pulled out of the rubble by Alliance Marines, loses her eye so wears a bad-ass eyepatch, and walks with a limp on pimping cain due to injurys sustained from her orbital drop and is given a medical discharge and settles down on Illium with Traynor and a German Shepard nammed Urz. gets some medals, builds some statues built and becomes an Advocate for the resurgant Krogan in Citidel Space. eventually when they have kids Wrex and Grunt becomes the Godfather of there kids.meets up with eveyrone once a year and exchanges war stories.

Depends on my shep.

My Ubergade Vanguard who romanced Jack would finally stop being biotic balls of murder and find a nice place to settle down on Earth and live off vid royalty.

My Paragon Sentinel who was built to have 75% DR (Techincally 105% with that melee perk) who was pretty much shotgun/melee only never romanced anyone and was too busy stabbing people to know anything else. He would keep on in the Alliance, getting up in peoples grills and not-so-gently inserting Omni-tool blades into their faces until he gets so badly injured he has to retire or dies. And even in the injury part, he would probably push for prosthetics/augmentation so he could get back out there.
So pretty much only death would seperate my SentShep from combat.

My Infiltraitor Shepard would take Garrus, adopt a few baby turians, and go spend their days in the Bahamas like they said so.

My (female) Shepard would make a home in the ruins of an inusannon world which is as-yet undiscovered by the current cycle but the location of which would be provided by Javik who was aware that it had been colonised by protheans pre-Reaper invasion. Together with Liara, her bondmate, and a small group of geth interested in organic history who could perform physically demanding manual labour with ease, Shepard would excavate the ancient ruins and maintain an estate large enough to accommodate many guests simultaneously, allowing the crew of the Normandy and other notable allies to come and go as they please.

Eventually, Shepard, Liara and their children would be joined by another permanent guest: an inusannon Reaper (synthesis ending) which would make its home in the system, sharing its knowledge of the fallen civilisation with the romantic archaeological team.

Well my high EMS Destroy ending says Shepard lives so what my Shep is doing is helping rebuild Earth in any way the Alliance wants. Making delivery runs where no Cthulu death machines show up for a few years sounds about right for Shepard.

My Shep has very important Spectre work to do. There's an epidemic of idiocy breaking out across the galaxy, and he's the only man who knows the cure! (It's a shotgun to the head, incidentally.) He was sure that the first people he'd have to cure would be Hackett's planning staff for that immensely stupid landing plan they come up for the Hammer assets, followed thereafter by Anderson for thinking "some interference" was capable of stopping an airstrike. Fortunately, they're all dead! So no need to cure them of their terminal stupidity.

His next stop is Rannoch, where he's got an appointment with Shala'Raan, as everything that happened in the Rannoch arc is her fault and that kind of stupidity can't be allowed to live. Puts the entire galaxy at risk if it should ever get off-world, you see.
