My FemSheps would go with Aria and get Omega back for her. Then ride of to Tuchanka with Liara in tow (since she likes archaeology) and her LI to help Wrex and Bakara rebuild their planet, mainly by employing harsh language. Babies would be had, biological or adopted. Urz and Grunt would babysit.

Same here, what she does after that, well thats still a work in progress.
At this point she's still in a med bay somewhere recuperating. She's still going to be having nightmares, and will be having a bit of a hard time coming to terms with what she did. There will be a reunion with her crew after they get back from where ever they landed.
That's about as far as I've gotten.

OMG, I forgot about Urz. Obviously, before moving to Rio, my Shep would have to make a run to Tuchanka and pick up the big lug. I can imagine the poor customs agents crapping thier pants if they rtry to stop me from bringing a varren to Earth.
