I was about to buy some packs when the game suddenly lost connection.
Then I "logged in" again on multiplayer and got a message like it was my first time playing, then I noticed that all my classes were at lvl1, and I lost pretty much everything I guess.

So, how should I proceed about this? Is there any way I can get it back? :/
